To celebrate the release of their first single “Day By Day” thirteen
years ago, R&B duo As One have revealed the MV of their latest
single, titled “Day By Day 2012″ and featuring rapper Verbal Jint. The
release of “Day By Day 2012″ serves as the duo’s teaser for their
upcoming sixth album, “Simply As One”, which will be As One’s first
album since “12 Tears of Farewell” in 2006. “Day By Day 2012″ was also
released as a digital single and includes the song’s instrumental in its
tracklist.
The MV for “Day By Day 2012″ shows a young couple spending time
together in a field of tall grasses, interspersed with clips of the
artists delivering their parts of the track. More refined with years of
experience and reinterpreting their songs with their signature acoustic
sound, singer-songwriters Lee Minyoung and Crystal Chae of As One and
rapper Verbal Jint combine to create a calming R&B track.
